    Creative Director

    Our incredibly accomplished creative director Janelle has been working in Armidale as a stylist since she was 16 years old. Janelle is very passionate about our industry and dedicated to maintaining her education and that of her team. Regularly attending courses keeps her motivated and ensures her techniques are of the highest standard.

    You can spot a Janelle haircut from a million miles away; it’s clean, polished and perfectly balanced to complement the person wearing it, while requiring very little styling effort on the part of that individual.

    Meet Sheridan. Starting her career in 1994 with extensive training in Sydney’s south communities and joining the Cooper & Co team in 2016, Sheridan is passionate about evolving her craft through education and frequently patron’s our annual Hair Expo.

    The connection with our guests is what drives Sheridan, making them feel wonderful and welcomed every visit.

    Creative Stylist

    Meet Kylie. Since completing her formal training in 2011, Kylie has been an integral part of our team. Kylie’s work is incredibly on-trend, much like her personal style. A keen traveller, Kylie has undertaken training in London with the global leader Sassoon Academy. Kylie’s emphasis on structured design sees her create an array of beautiful shapes perfectly customized to highlight her guests’ best features.

    As an accomplished colour technician, she enjoys the complexity of foiling.

    Creative Stylist

    Meet Maddy. After beginning her apprenticeship in Brisbane, Maddy joined Cooper & Co in 2020 to complete her training. With a background in professional makeup artistry, she brings a creative eye and strong attention to detail to her work, while continuing to build her skills and portfolio as a creative stylist.

    Known for her bright, bubbly personality, Maddy’s zest for life is truly infectious. What she loves most about the industry is seeing her clients genuinely smile at the end of their service and helping them feel like the very best version of themselves.

    Meet Latoya. Having completed her apprenticeship here at Cooper & Co, Latoya is one of our fully qualified senior stylists

    Meet Johanna. After starting her hairdressing career in 2020 in Darwin, Johanna made the move to Armidale and joined the Cooper & Co family in 2025.

    Johanna takes extreme pride in all aspects of hairdressing but most loves transforming you to the blonde of your dreams.
